To be certified with ISO 9001, products must meet all requirements throughout all processes, from reseach and development, desing and manufacture to inspection and after-sale service. At the same time, the applicant company goes through relentless screening, and must utterly satisfy each and every requirement among 20 different criteria, including corporate organization, management setup, facilities and equipment, and education/training methods.
