Dear PISCO customers
We would like to express our deepest sympathies to all those affected by the spread of the new coronavirus infection and all those involved.
Following the continuation and cancellation declaration of the state of emergency on May 14, we will respond as follows.
Domestic sales office
We will continue to refrain from visiting sales offices in the eight prefectures where the state of emergency has been extended.
For other sales offices, we plan to gradually resume visiting activities in consultation with our customers.
In addition, regarding the business in the sales office, we perform the usual business such as "order handling" and "inquiry handling".
Domestic factories
Regarding production and shipping, we operate as usual.
Regarding meetings with business partners, please use "email", "telephone", and "video conference" with business partners outside Nagano prefecture in response to Nagano Prefecture's "policy of refraining from going back and forth with specific caution prefectures".
The above response period is scheduled for May 31, 2020, but please note that it may change depending on the situation.
