  • PBT is used for the main resin parts. PBT: A standard resin material that is ideal for general environments.
  • Special stainless steel is used for the main metal parts. Special stainless steel: Corrosion resistance is equivalent to SUS303, making it ideal for environments prone to corrosion.
Seal rubber
  • HNBR is used for the seal rubber material. HNBR: A material with improved ozone resistance by adding hydrogen to NBR. Ideal for low-concentration ozone countermeasures.
  • No copper-based metallic material is used in flow paths
  • HNBR or FKM is used for the seal rubber material. *Some products are only compatible in the flow path.

1.To adjust the speed of the actuator, gradually turn the needle from the fully closed position to increase the air volume. If the needle is open, there is a risk of the actuator move suddenly and violently. Turning the needle clockwise closes the valve, while turning it counter-clockwise opens it.

2.When adjusting the flow rate of the equipment, the needle should be turned to open gradually from the fully closed position. If the needle is in open position, a high flow rate will be instantly applied to the equipment and there is a risk of damage to it.


1.Leakage is allowed for the control flow even when the needle is fully closed position and should not be used in such a way that zero leakage is required.

2.The corrosive properties of the fittings depend on the operating environment. If there is concern about adverse effects on machinery or equipment, evaluate the adoption of the product in accordance with the operating conditions in advance.
