Resin
  • PBT is used for the main resin parts. PBT: A standard resin material that is ideal for general environments.
Metal
  • Brass with electroless nickel plating is used for the main metal parts.
  • Aluminum is used for the main metal parts.
Seal rubber
  • NBR is used for the seal rubber material. NBR: A material generally used as a sealing material. Please note that it is inferior in ozone resistance.
  • HNBR is used for the seal rubber material. HNBR: A material with improved ozone resistance by adding hydrogen to NBR. Ideal for low-concentration ozone countermeasures.

By installing near the actuator, it prevents dew condensation caused by adiabatic expansion.

Warning

1.To adjust the speed of the actuator by an exhaust throttle model, gradually turn the needle from the fully closed position to increase the amount of air exhausted. If the exhaust throttle valve is open, there is a risk of the actuator move suddenly and violently. Also, except for exhaust throttle type, check the safety before operating.

Caution

1.Clogged element of a silencer ​increases the exhaust resistance. It may cause a deterioration of the entire system due to clogging.

2.When using it as a shuttle valve, be sure to provide a differential pressure. Insufficient differential pressure may cause malfunction.

3.After replacing the element, securely tighten the silencer cover by hand. Note that it is not possible to replace the element of the mini-type quick exhaust valve.

4.For products whose piping direction cannot be changed by body rotation after tightening, adjust within the tightening torque range of the main body.

5.In the case of the exhaust throttle type (EQH), the exhaust port (hexagonal surface) may become dirty or black depending on the usage conditions and frequency, but this is not abnormal.
