External Vacuum Controller

External Vacuum Controller VJP

RoHS2 Compliant

Pressure adjusting function is added to conventional blow-off flow adjusting function.
It enables to prevent works from being blown away.

Options

  • No copper-based metallic material is used in flow paths
  • HNBR or FKM is used for the seal rubber material. *Some products are only compatible in the flow path.

Advantages

Blow-off pressure control is available.

Pressure adjusting function is added to conventional blow-off flow adjusting function. It enables to prevent works from being blown away.

Realized shortening of blow-off time.

A relief mechanism (extra pressure is relieved) built into the blow-off circuit.

Supply valves are available in three different types.

Double solenoid type (vacuum retention type), which contributes energy saving, is suitable for a special application where continuous vacuum generation is required for a long time.

An LED display is adopted for the vacuum switch. Improved visibility.

Two types of vacuum switches are available, 2 switch outputs and analog output, with selection depending on the application.
For wiring, a connector wire is adopted to enhance the ease of designing the wiring layout.

Ordering Information

Detailed Safety Instructions

Warning

1.For the double solenoid type, the state of the switching valve is neutral when the supply of both pilot air to the switching valve for vacuum generation is stopped, or at the beginning of use after shipment. When resupplying pilot air, be sure to input a signal to the pilot valve or manually operate to position the switching valve in the required state before using it.

2.When using the double solenoid type in vibration, install it so that the vibration direction is perpendicular to the operating direction of the switching valve (main valve).

3.All screws must be tightened to the correct torque referring to the instructions. The tightening torque for the mounting of the product is given in "How to fix the product", and for the filter cover is given in "Replacement Element" of Vacuum Generator VJ. Failure to tighten to the correct torque may result in air leaks, product detachment and damage to parts of the product.

Caution

1.When replacing a supply port block, make sure not to lose the seal rubber and remove any foreign deposits in the vicinity, and securely tighten the screws with a torque of 0.27 to 0.3 Nm.
