Since the number of manifold can be increased and decreased as required, it is possible to quickly respond to any change in specifications.

Push-in fitting or female thread is selectable for vacuum port to fit a piping requirement.

Detailed Safety Instructions

Warning

1.All screws must be tightened to the correct torque referring to the instructions. The tightening torque of the solenoid valve is given in "How to install and uninstall Mounting Unit". Failure to tighten to the correct torque may result in air leaks, product detachment and damage to parts of the product.

Caution

1.When mounting the each unit on the manifold base, remove and clean any deposits on the seal area and secure it with screws. Read the "Safety Rules for Use" in the instructions carefully before use.

2.When wiring Sub-D connector and Flat Cable connector, refer to the electric circuit diagram in the instructions.

3.The vacuum performance may deteriorate or problems may occur depending on the operating conditions, be sure to understand the "Safety Rules for Use".
