Using wear-resistant materials and PISCO's original polygonal shape (patent pending) as a rotation stopper reduces load during rotational motion of conveyance, thereby improving both wear resistance and durability.

Maximizes the robot’s available payload with its lightweight design.

This lightweight design does not overburden the robot's payload when using multiple vacuum pads on the EOAT.

Caution

1.Do not apply grease. This may cause the resin body to degrade.

2.Be sure to follow the instructions below when installing or maintaining the product. Otherwise, the product may become deformed and malfunction. (1) When installing Vacuum Pad Holder Resin Body Type, use a proper tool such as a wrench to engage part B indicated in the picture below. (2) When installing a vacuum pad to the holder or retighten the fitting, be sure to use a tool such as a wrench to secure part A indicated in the picture below. (3) Do not engage part C (the shaft) indicated in the picture below with a tool such as a wrench.

3.Please refer to the tightening torque in the table 1, 2, and 3 for thread tightening. Failure to tighten with the proper torque may result in product or tool damage, loosening of the threads, or leakage.
