This unit adjusts the vacuum release air retaining vacuum generators' vacuum characteristics as they are.

Resin
  • PBT is used for the main resin parts. PBT: A standard resin material that is ideal for general environments.
Metal
  • Brass with electroless nickel plating is used for the main metal parts.
Seal rubber
  • NBR is used for the seal rubber material. NBR: A material generally used as a sealing material. Please note that it is inferior in ozone resistance.

By newly adding pressure adjusting function to flow adjusting function, it enables to prevent works from being blown away.

A relief mechanism built into the circuit which breaks the vacuum (extra pressure is relieved) realizes shorter vacuum release time.

Tubes can be taken out freely in any direction by rotating resin body and joint parts.

Warning

1.The direction of air control varies depending on the product, check the instructions and the marking on the product before use. Installing the product with incorrect control direction may cause injury to the human body, damage to the equipment.

2.Do not use with fluids other than air. Contact us regarding the use of fluids other than air.

3.When tightening the lock nut, be sure to tighten it by hand without using any tools. Using tools to tighten the nut may cause damage to the nut or the product. Inadequate tightening may loosen the locknut and the initial setting may be changed.

4.Do not use the product in such a way that the internal pressure always exceeds 0.2 MPa. It may cause damage to the vacuum generator.

Caution

1.Read and understand the instructions carefully to adjust the flow rate and the pressure of the blow-off (vacuum breaking) air.

2.Use caution where pipe resistance is high or where the required blow off flow rate is high. It may cause trouble due to insufficient flow rate. Please check the specifications carefully before use.

3.Be sure to attach a vacuum filter to the workpiece side port (limited to a filter that can apply positive pressure for blow-off (vacuum breaking)). Otherwise, product performance may not be satisfied due to contamination with foreign matter.
