Caution

1.The gripper body has a built-in magnet. Be aware of magnetic influences (e.g. iron powder deposits, malfunction of surrounding cylinder sensors, workpieces).

2.When installing the product, refer to the tightening torque in the following table. Failure to tighten with the proper torque may result in faulty operation, reduced life and loosening.

3.Mount the gripper on a flat surface. If the mounting surface is not flat, the cylinder may be deformed, resulting in operation failure.

4.The allowable moment and allowable load on the fingers are shown in the following table. Applying more force than the values in the following table may cause damage to the product.

5.For the sensor switch, pay attention to the color of the lead wire when connecting. Incorrect wiring will result in the destruction of the sensor switch.

6.Do not subject the lead wires to strong tensile forces or extreme bending.

7.To prevent malfunction, keep the unit away from strong external magnetic fields.

8.Do not use in environments where the product will be exposed to chemicals.

9.When two or more 2-wire switches are connected in an AND (series) connection, there will be an internal voltage drop for the number of switches connected, which may cause the load to operate improperly.

10.When 2-wire switches are connected in OR (parallel) connection, the leakage current increases with the number of switches connected, which may cause the load to operate improperly.
