Model designation of Plarailchain does not include the link number.
Please write the ordering link number like below together with model type.
When ordering one with the same ordering link number, please write the order quantity.

When the link number is assigned by a customer, Plarailchain will be assembled with the link number at the manufacturer and be delivered.
When purchasing Plarailchain, please purchase the below parts which are not equipped with Plarailchain if necessary.
1）
Bracket
Bracket is necessary to fix the both edges of Plarailchain. 1 moving-end and 1 fixed-end bracket
make 1 set. ( 2 pcs/ bag )
*) Bracket for HPU102 and HPK101come in a set of a moving-end and a fixed-end bracket.
2）
Divider
Divider divides inside room of Plarailchain according to the required application.
(Each series has each designed divider. )
Flaps are equipped with Plarailchain.
Flap and the joint parts can be bought separately.
The volume of cables or hoses, or the maximum diameter of the content differ according to the model type.

Plarailchain inner capacity (Within the volume of inner height(h) x inner width (w)) x 60%.

Note for the calculation of contents : Please keep interspace more than ød×0.1 between
a main body of plarailchain and a content and between contents next to next by reference to
the following example.
◎How big are the inner capability and the maximum diameter of a content for SP80150?
Inner height: 80 mm
Inner width: 150 mm
Internal volume: 80mm x 150mm = 12000 (mm2)
Inner capacity: 12000mm x 70% = 8400 (mm2) (maximum)
Maximum diameter of a content: Inner height: 80(mm) x 80% =64（mm）
Please check Safety Instructions for fixing storage items (tubings/ cables) in order to keep cable and hoses in good conditions for long time.

Transfer stroke(S)
The distance that plarailchain moving-end (equipment moving-parts) moves back and forth between
2 points. The capacity of distance differs according to the series.
Free span(F)
The distance that plarailchain can move horizontally.
Bending radius(R)
Bending radius of which Plarailchain bends.
Allowance （allowable length）(K)
The minimum requisite allowable length for plarailchain. You need to have it both at moving-end
and fixed-end.
(Please set fixing brackets for moving-end and fixed-end parallel to travelling axes.
Otherwise it causes friction.)
Fixing height （H）
Fixing height of Plarailchain.
Minimum fixable height （HF）
HF is movable height taking account of the height of swelling which may occur when
traveling at free-span without cables/tubes.
