Excellent heat resistance. Suitable for hot water, heat medium oil, and cooling oil piping as well.
Ideal as hot-water-resistant tubing for mold cooling water piping, chiller piping, and similar applications.
Tubes with desired length are available as make-to-order items.
Suitable for applications requiring large quantities of tubes cut to specified lengths.

Available in a wide range of colors. Color coding is possible with a total of 9 colors.
Cut marks are printed at approximately 500 mm intervals as a guide when cutting the tube.
It is useful to cut tubing. *The marks are just as a guide and the accuracy is not guaranteed.
Tubings longer than the packaged length can be requested as make-to-order production.

*1. The following conditions must be observed when the fluid medium is water or heat medium oil.
Surge pressure must be controlled lower than max. operating pressure when using water or heat medium oil as a fluid medium.
General tap water in Japan, free from foreign substances or contamination, can be used. Carry out the evaluation under an actual operating condition for using other kind of water.
Be sure to place Insert Ring (WR) into the tube edge when tube is inserted into push-in fittings and using water or heat medium oil as a fluid medium.
*2. The value of max. operating pressure is measured at 20ºC and 65% RH. For other temperatures, the Burst Pressure Curve should be used with a sufficient safety margin.
