Vacuum Suction Cup with Push-Rod Release

RoHS2 Compliant

Enables the smooth work-piece release for pick and place of small/ light work-piece.

Advantages

Enables the smooth work-piece release for pick and place of small/ light work-piece.

After releasing the workpiece with blow-off air, the rod built-in holder is pushed out to make sure that the workpiece is released.

If the workpiece is not detached with blow-off air, the extruded rod detaches the workpiece.

Prevents blowing off of workpieces.

Blow-off air does not come out after the rod is pushed out, preventing the workpiece from being blown away.

Optimal for suction of work-pieces where static electricity or sticking to rubber cause problems at releasing the work-pieces.
