Vacuum-operatable 2/3 Port Solenoid Valve

Vacuum-operatable 2 or 3-way valve which does not require external piping. (Same in function as the external pilot system)

For manifold type, check valve to prevent back pressure is selectable as an option.

Easy maintenance by a single-screw mechanism.

Dual Pressure Option is selectable for manifold type.

Possible to control 2 different pressures in one manifold type.

DIN-rail mounting bracket is selectable as an option.

Easy and speedy attachment and detachment on DIN rail (width: 35mm)
Manifold station is installed on a DIN rail firmly.
