Built-in vacuum flow sensor model makes confirmation of suctioning a small work-piece possible.

Ultra small body, but vacuum switchover with large flow is possible.

Blow-off air rate adjusting method is selectable.

Not only a blow-off air rate adjusting type with a needle, but also cost effective fixed flow rate type is available. (At 0.5MPa air supply, over 9.5L/min[ANR])

Warning

1.All screws must be tightened to the correct torque referring to the instructions. The tightening torques, for the mounting of the product is given in "How to fix Stand-alone/Manifold type", and for the solenoid valve is given in "How to replace Filter Elements". Failure to tighten to the correct torque may result in air leaks, product detachment and damage to parts of the product.

Caution

1.This product is not equipped with a vacuum filter. Be sure to use PISCO vacuum filter series together. If a vacuum filter is not used, dust and dirt can accumulate inside the product, causing poor vacuum performance, leaks and malfunctioning of the solenoid valve. (Recommended vacuum filters: VFU series, VFJ series)
