Stroke length of spring type holder can be selected.
Conventional long stroke holder (with cover) is integrated into VPC or VPD.
Stroke:3, 6, 10, 15 and 20mm
Conventional long stroke holder (without cover) is renewed as VPOC or VPOD.
Stroke:20, 30, 40 and 50mm
Low dust emission type is newly introduced for spring type holder.
Lower dust emission compared to conventional spring type holder.
Noise level:Realizing low noise with 45dB.
Connectable pad size:φ6~φ50mm
Stroke:2, 5, 10, 15mm are available.
The pad holder requiring for applications of "No copper alloy" and "Low-level ozone resistance" is available.
-S3 spec.:Non copper alloy is used for metal parts and HNBR or FKM is used for seal materials.
Fiber surface type reduces suction marks on the workpiece thanks to the fibers on the surface of the pad.
The fibers on the surface of the pad prevent direct contact between the workpiece and the pad rubber.
DLC. coating type prevents pads from sticking to the workpieces thanks to a special coating on the surface of the vacuum pad.
DLC. coating type significantly improves slipperiness. Effective in reducing suction marks and preventing sticking of lightweight and thin work-pieces.
Reduces suction marks by surface reforming of nitrile rubber with chemicals.
Reduced suction marks thanks to surface modification with environmentally friendly chemicals.

Detailed Safety Instructions
Warning
1.Be sure to use our Vacuum Pad Bellows Type as the pad rubber to attach the Mark-free Resin Attachment. If the shape of the Resin Attachment and pad rubber is not appropriate, Resin Attachment may come loose or leak a large amount.
Caution
1.For the bellows type pads, use the allowable pressing stroke in the dimension table as a guide, do not crush the bellows too much. Excessive crushing may cause premature wear of the bellows, cracking of the lip, and deformation due to strain, which may result in suction failure.
2.When selecting a product, pay attention to the following points and perform the suction test on the actual application. (1) Due to the characteristics of the material, the bellows may stick to each other and deform depending on the usage conditions. (2) Since the lip of the Mark-free Resin Attachment is made of hard resin, it reduces suction marks compared to rubber vacuum pads, but it does not completely prevent suction marks. The degree of reduction of suction marks varies depending on the environment and the workpiece. (3) Compared to rubber vacuum pads, the Mark-free Resin Attachment has a significant effect on suction performance due to leakage from the suction surface. Ensure that the flow rate of the vacuum source is as large as possible. Also, it cannot be used to hold a vacuum.
3.Be sure to clean the suction surface of the vacuum pad before use. Deposits may remain as suction marks. When cleaning, be careful not to scratch the suction surface, and do not use organic solvents.
4.Select a pad rubber material suitable for the operating conditions to install the Mark-free Resin Attachment.
