Caution

1.For the installation of small vacuum pads with a pad diameter of ø0.7, ø1 or ø1.5 mm, the load should be set so that no more than 0.4 N is applied to the lip during vacuum suction. If too much load is applied to the lip, the inner diameter of the pad will crush due to rubber elasticity and the workpiece will not be picked up, which may cause a malfunction of the pick-up confirmation signal.
